At Bodypunch Boxing Gym we have classes for Professionals only with head trainer Billy Hussein, Advanced and Beginner classes, under 14′s Kids only and Strength and Conditioning training classes.

Requirements
To start training you will need to have a pair of glove, hand wraps and skipping rope. You can purchase this equipment yourself, bring your own that you already own, or you can purchase equipment from the gym.
If after training for a period you feel you would like to spar with another person, you will need sparring equipment, which is a pair of 16oz gloves, headgear and mouth guard.
